Question: Do you automatically take the money out of our account before the good arrive?

Answer: We don't withdraw any money until we have weighed your goods and established the correct freight and then we will contact you to let you know we are going to take the money out.

Question: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Answer: Between 5 - 7 days from the day you submit the order depending on whether we have it stock or not. We will notify you either way.

Question: Do you ship overseas?
Answer: No we do not ship overseas at this point in time.

Question: How much does shipping cost?
Answer: Shipping is calculated by the size generally through Australia Post.  We will notify you before we charge you.  A handling fee is also applicable.
