Delivery Information

On most occasions we deliver through Australia Post and the cost is calculated and added to your order. 

 If your order is too bulky to send by Australia Post we will source out an alternative method of shipping and will contact you prior to sending.

 Please note: “For some orders it may be necessary to alter shipping costs. This may particularly occur for bulky, lightweight parcels. If this occurs, we will contact you.”

Although it may say that we don't have the item that you want in stock, we have a great supplier who usually can supply to us within three to four days so as long as you don't need the item for a week in most cases we can get it to you.  The only exception may be isolated areas.

All orders are shipped promptly and are delivered to most destinations within 7 working days.

We will contact you if there is a delay in delivery.
